1. Description

The page is intended for assigning roles Roles to the userUser.

You can assign a role Role or multiple roles Roles to the userUser. Click on the Role field (Fig. 1), and select the required role Role from the drop-down list to change or assign rolesRoles. One user User can be assigned multiple rolesRoles. The access rights of all roles Roles are summarized. 

The user User can read, edit, create, or delete entries in a specific partition depending on the roleRole.

Tip

Roles are created in the Permissions/Roles partition.

  1. Access to the Admin application;
  2. Access to the User partition in the Admin application;
  3. Permission to edit in the User partition;
  4. The presence of at least one userUser.
  5. The presence of at least one roleRole.

Steps


  1. Click on the Role field. A drop-down list opens.
  2. Choose the required roleRole(-s) from the drop-down list.
  3. Click the Save button

Result

Data saved.

If multiple roles Roles are selected, the Role field displays one of the assigned roles Roles and the number of other assigned rolesRoles.

If there is one role Role selected, only that role Role is displayed.

2.2 Remove the

Preconditions
  1. Access to the Admin application;
  2. Access to the User partition in the Admin application;
  3. Permission to edit in the User partition;
  4. The presence of at least one user User with at least one assigned roleRole.

Steps


  1. Click on the Role field. A drop-down list opens.
  2. Find the required assigned role Role (assigned roles Roles have a yellow fill).
  3. Click on this roleRole. The yellow fill disappears.
  4. Click the Save button

Result

Data saved.

If multiple active roles Roles are left, the Role field displays one of the remaining roles Roles and the number of other remaining rolesRoles.

If there is only one role Role left, only that role Role is displayed.
