1. Description

A scheme in which a greeting is played (IVR-menu) with the ability to redial a number. If the subscriber has entered an extension number - redirect to it, if not - to the default number or queue.

1.1. Redirect to number

  • in the field "Bridge strategy" select "multiply";
  • in the "Endpoints" element, click the "Add user" button and in the "Extension" field specify the agent extension, for example, 111.
