1. Description

The component records what the person says. It is used, for example, in an answering machine to record a voice message from a subscriber.

This component is present in flow types like:

  • Voice.

The block (Fig.1(1)) is used in space to build the Flow. The settings panel for this component opens (Fig.1(2)) when you click on the block.

1.1. Record file block

The block consists of the following elements:

  1. The name of the component;
  2. in branch - receiving (connecting with the previous block) branch;
  3. out branch - outgoing (connecting with the following block) branch.

1.2. Record file settings panel

It consists of the following elements:

  1. Max sec;
  2. Name;
  3. Silence hits (sec);
  4. Terminators;
  5. Type;
  6. Voice mail;
  7. Break;
  8. Add limit.

1.2.1. Max sec

Here you enter the maximum time the file will be written in seconds.

1.2.2. Name

You can create a name for this file in this field.

1.2.3. Silence hits (sec)

Here you enter how long silence can be. The recording will stop at the end of this time.

1.2.4. Terminators

Here the phone button is indicated by pressing on which the recording of the file stops.

1.2.5. Type

It is designed to select the format in which the conversation will be recorded.

Available formats:

  • mp3;
  • wav.

1.2.6. Voice mail

Responsible for tagging voice mail and passing this tag to statistics.
