1. Description
It is designed to customize the Contact.
It consists of the following elements:
- Top bar (Fig.1(1));
- Sidebar (Fig.1(2));
- Tab bar (Fig.1(3)).

1.1. Top bar
The top bar consists of the path of the page and the Close button. The Close button closes the Contact page and opens the Contacts page.
1.2. Sidebar
General contact information is displayed here.
It consists of the following elements:
- Options button;
- Avatar;
- Contact name;
- Owner;
- Description
- Labels.
1.2.1. Options button
Click the button to open the options (Fig.2).

(edit) - after clicking the edit button, the New Contact Edit contact modal window opens (Fig.3), where you can make changes.

- (delete) - It removes an object with confirmation through a modal window (Fig.4). A modal confirmation window appears after clicking the button. Clicking the Delete button - deletes the object and opens the Contacts page. Clicking the Cancel button closes the modal window, and the object is not deleted.

1.2.2. Avatar
An avatar is automatically substituted as name initials on the appropriate background for each Contact.

The name of the Contact owner is displayed here.

1.3. Tab bar
The Tab Bar displays tabs with data for this Contact.
There are the following tabs:
Communication options;
- Variables;
- Permissions.
1.3.1. Communication options

1.3.1.1. Add communication option modal window
The Add communication option modal window consist of the folowing fields:
- Channel;
- Communication type;
- Destination.
1.3.1.1.1. Channel
The communication channel is selected in this field.
The following communication channels are available:
- Phone;
- Email.

The new communication option is added to the tab of the corresponding channel. If the Email channel was selected when creating a new communication option, this communication option will be displayed in the Email tab. |
1.3.1.1.2. Communication type
The Communication type is selected in this field.
The drop-down list displays those Сommunication types in which the Сhannel corresponds to the Сhannel selected in the Channel field.

1.3.1.1.3. Destination
The Contact's contact information, for example, a phone number, is entered here.
1.3.1.2. Tabs for communication channels
Tabs that display the communication options for the Contact.
The tab contains tabs for communication channels:
- Phones;
- Emails.

Phones tab is open by default (Fig.1(3)).

1.3.2. Variables
It is designed to create variables for the Contact.
Click the button to add a new variable. After clicking the button, the Add variable modal window opens (Fig.6).

The Add variable modal window consist of the folowing elements:
- Key;
- Value;
- Add button;
- Cancel button.
1.3.2.1.1. Key
The field is intended for entering a key.
1.3.2.1.2. Value
The field is intended for entering a value.
1.3.2.1.3. Add
Clicking on the Add button adds the entered variable .
1.3.2.1.4. Cancel
Clicking on the Cancel button closes the modal window, and no variable is added.
1.3.2.2. Registry
The registry consists of a set of fields (Fig.7):
- Key;
- Value;
- Editing tool;
- Removal tool.

1.3.3. Permissions
Here, you select the Roles and their rights regarding this Contact.
It consists of the following elements:
- Creation tool (Fig.8(1));
- Refresh button (Fig.8(2));
- Registry (Fig.8(3));
- Pagination (Fig.8(4)).

The following Users/Roles get into the registry entries when creating a Contact:
- There are no entries in the Managed by records tab of the
contacts
section - only the User who created the Contact. - There are entries on the Managed by records tab of the
contacts
section:- the User who created the Contact:
- those Grantees are listed on the Managed by records tab of the
contacts
section for which the Grantor is the creator of the Contact. All the Roles of the User who created the Contact and the User himself are considered Grantor.

1.3.3.1. Creation tool
Use the add button (Fig.8(1)) to add a Role. When you click the add button, the Add grantee modal window opens (Fig.9). The Role drop-down list contains a list of all Roles and Users.
To quickly find the desired User or Role, you can use the Grantee field as a search field: enter the name of the User or Role you are looking for, and only Users or Roles containing the entered expression will be displayed.
You can distinguish a User from a Role by icons:
- a User;
- a Role.
Clicking on a particular Role or User selects it. The Add button adds the selected Role/User to the registry entries. Clicking the Close button closes the modal window without adding entries to the registry. Clicking the close button () closes the modal window without adding entries to the registry.

The added Role, or User, has the following configuration:
- Read - Allow;
- Edit - Forbidden;
- Delete - Forbidden.
These can be changed by selecting the required value in the column's drop-down list.

1.3.2.3. Registry
Consists of a set of fields:
- Name - the name of the Role or User;
- Read - drop-down list with permissions to read.;
- Edit - drop-down list with permissions to edit.
- Delete - drop-down list with permissions to delete;
Removal tool - removes the entry.
Permission options:
- Allow - the action is allowed;
- Allow with delegation - itself has permission and can grant such permission to others;
- Forbidden - the action is forbidden.
