The block (Fig.1(1)) is used in space to build the Flow. The settings panel for this component opens (Fig.1(2)) when you click on the block.

1.1. Callback Queue block
The block consists of the following elements:
- The name of the component;
- in branch - receiving (connecting with the previous block) branch;
- out branch - outgoing (connecting with the following block) branch.
1.2. Callback Queue settings panel
It consists of the following elements:
- Name;
- Queue;
- ;
- Communication;
- Break;
- Add limit.
1.2.1. Name
The name of the subscriber enters this field. You can specify text or a variable.
1.2.2. Queue
Select the Queue from which the call will be made from the drop-down list. You can select from the drop-down list or set it manually.

Here you enter the amount of time, in seconds, after which you need to call back.
1.2.4. Communication
It consists of the following:
- Destination;
1.2.4.1. Destination
The field in which the telephone number of the subscriber is indicated. You can enter the number itself or call a variable.
1.2.4.2. Communication type
This field selects the type of communication for the entered number in the Destination field. You can select from the drop-down list or set it manually.
It allows assigning an additional variable that can be used later.
It consists of the following:
- Key;
- Value;
- Remove tool;
- Add.
1.2.5.1. Key
The name of the variable is entered here.
1.2.5.2. Value
The value of the variable is entered here.
1.2.5.3. Remove tool
It is intended for removing a variable in a row with which it stands—clicking the Image Removed Image Added button removes the variable.

It is designed to add a new variable.
