In the Admin interface of Webitel, in the Gateways section, you have to add a gateway: Gateways.

На вкладке Configuration есть возможность ограничить список IP адресов, с которых будут приниматься входящие звонки

- IPv4 адрес, с которого будет приходить сигнальный протокол (есть возможность задать несколько IPv4 адресов)
