1. Description
Component for dynamic pages (forms) of the Agent, displaying files attached to the mail in the Workspace.
This component is present in flow types like:
- Forms.
The block (Fig.1(1)) is used in space to build the Flow. The settings panel for this component opens (Fig.1(2)) when you click on the block.

1.1. Form file block
The block consists of the following elements:
- The name of the component;
- in branch - receiving (connecting with the previous block) branch;
- out branch - outgoing (connecting with the following block) branch.
1.2. Form file settings panel
It consists of the following elements:
- Id;
- View;
- Break;
- Add limit.
1.2.1. Id
Here you enter the name* (unique within the Flow) – a service name that is not displayed on the page. It is used as a variable for further access to values.
1.2.2. View
It is designed to customize the view (Fig.2).
It consists of the following field:
- Initial value;
- Label;
- ;
- Readonly;
- Collapsible.
1.2.2.1. Initial value
A variable is called in this field, into which the attached files from the sheet are set.
You can set such a variable in the Get Email component in the Set variables element: enter attachments
in the Value field, and enter the name of the variable that will be called here in the Key field.
For example, in the Get Email component, in the Set variables element, the Value field was entered attachments
, and the Key field was entered Files
. Then enter ${Files}
in the Initial value field.
1.2.2.2. Label
Here you can enter the text displayed as a title above the file.
You can enter a hint in this field. The tooltip will be displayed when you hover over the icon.
The icon will not be displayed if the field is left blank.
1.2.2.4. Readonly
It only allows viewing files.
