1. Description

The start page is also known as the main page.

The start page differs depending on whether the user is logged in.

Dark and light website design mode are available.

Use the  switch at the top of the page to change the mode.

1.1. The user is not logged in

For an unauthorized user, the main page (Fig.1) consists of a login window and a slideshow with product information.

To enter the system, you need to log in. Only registered users can log in.

New Users are created on the Users page of the Admin application.

1.1.1. Logging in to the system

The login window has two steps.

1.1.1.1. Step 1

It consists of the following elements (Fig.1):

  • Domain - enter the domain;
  • Create account - returns to the registration window;
  • Next - becomes active after entering data in the Domain field; to continue logging in.

1.1.1.2. Step 2

It consists of the following elements (Fig.2):

  • Domain - the field is filled in according to the data entered in step 1;
  • Login - enter the user's login;
  • Password - enter the user's password;
  • Back - returns to Step 1;
  • Login - becomes active after entering the data. Log in to the system.

If alternative login options are available, they are displayed at the bottom of the window.

When two-factor authentication is enabled (Fig.3), login is performed in 3 steps.

The enable_2FA parameter must be set to true on the Configuration page to enable two-factor authentication.

1.1.1.3. Step 3

It consists of the following elements (Fig.2):

  • Code - enter the code of two-factor authentication;
  • Back button - return to Step 2
  • Log in button - becomes active after entering data. Log in to the system.

The code is taken from this user's General tab. The authenticator app scans the QR code and retrieves the code for you to enter.

Recommended apps:

  • Google Authentificator;
  • Microsoft Authentificator.

If the code is entered later than 30 seconds after going to Step 3, the Log in button will take you to Step 2.

1.1.2 Registering a new user

Click the Create account button to register a new domain (Fig.1). The creation window opens (Fig.5).

1.1.1.1. Step 1

It consists of the following elements:

  • Domain - a new domain is entered;
  • Login - returns to the authorization window;
  • Next - becomes active after entering data in the Domain field; to continue registration.

1.1.1.2. Step 2

It consists of the following elements (Fig.6):

  • Login - must begin with a letter and consist of no less than six characters and no more than 20 characters; when creating a login, you can use Latin letters, numbers, dash (-), underscore (_), and period (.);
  • Password - the password must be at least eight characters long and contain at least two letters and one digit, as well as at least one uppercase and one lowercase letter;
  • Repeat password - a field for re-entering the password;
  • Back - returns to Step 1;
  • Next - becomes active after entering the data; to continue registration.

1.1.1.3. Step 3

It consists of the following elements (Fig.7):

  • Key - enter the license key provided by Webitel;
  • Back - returns to Step 2;
  • Create - becomes active after entering the data. End of registration.

1.2. The user is logged in

For an authorized user, the main page displays a menu of applications that are available to the user (Fig. 8)
