The Contacts page is designed to create contacts.

It consists of the following elements:

  1. Top bar (Fig.1(1));
  2. Registry (Fig.1(2));
  3. Pagination (Fig.1(3)).

1.1. Top bar

The top bar consists of the following elements:

  1. Search field;
  2. Add button;
  3. Delete button.

1.1.1. Search field

It consists of an input field and a search settings button - . Clicking the button opens a list of search options (Fig. 2):

  • Name - search by name;
  • Label - search by label;
  • Description - search by description ;
  • Variable - seach by variable.

1.1.2. Add button

Click the Add button to add a new Contact. The New number modal window opens after clicking (Fig.3).

The modal window consists of the following elements:

  1. Name;
  2. ;
  3. Owner;
  4. Label;
  5. Description;
  6. Save;
  7. Cancel.

1.1.2.1. Name

The name of the Contact is entered here. 

1.1.2.2.

Here you select the contact's time zone.

1.1.2.3. Owner

 Here you select the User to be assigned to the client.

1.1.2.4. Label

You can select or enter the group or groups to which the contact belongs here.

1.1.2.5. Description

Here you entered a description of the Contact.

1.1.2.6. Save

Clicking the Save button saved data.

1.1.2.7. Cancel

Clicking the Cancel button closes the modal window; data is not saved.

1.1.3. Delete

The Delete button activates when you select the contact(s) using the checkbox. When you click on it, a modal confirmation window appears (Fig.4). It contains the Delete and Cancel buttons. Clicking the Delete button deletes the entries. Clicking the Cancel button closes the modal window, and the entries are not deleted.

1.2. Registry 

The following columns are available in the registry:

  1. Checkbox;
  2. Name;
  3. Owner;
  4. Label;
  5. Description;
  6. Editing tool;
  7. Removal tool.

1.2.1. Checkbox

It is used to select one or more entries. The Delete button activates after selecting one or more entries. When you click on it, a modal confirmation window appears (Fig.4). It contains the Delete, Cancel, and close () buttons. Clicking the Delete button deletes the entries. Clicking the Cancel button closes the modal window, and the entries are not deleted.

All records on the page will be selected if you select the checkbox in the header.

1.2.2. Name

The name of the Contact is displayed here. The Contact page opens when you click on a name.

1.2.3. Owner

 A User who is assigned to a client.

1.2.4. Label

The group or groups to which the Contact belongs.

1.2.5. Description

Here is a description of the Contact.

1.2.6. Editing tool

After clicking the edit button (), the New Contact modal window opens (Fig.3), where you can make changes. 

1.2.7. Removal tool

It is used to remove an object with confirmation through a modal window. A modal confirmation window appears after clicking the button. Clicking the Yes button - deletes the object and the entry. Clicking the No button closes the modal window, and the object is not deleted.

1.3. Pagination

It consists of the Rows per page field, which indicates the number of entries (it is possible to set from 1 to 1000) per page, and forward and backward buttons for switching pages.
