It is designed to set up a chat in the Viber messenger.
Consists of fields (Fig.1):
Name;
Token;
URI;
Flow.

1.1. Name
Here you enter the name that will be displayed in the registry of theChar Gatewayspage.
1.2.Token
To get a token, you need to go to the development site. You must have the Viber app installed on your smartphone. Enter your phone number and log in (Fig. 2).

Viber sends a confirmation code - enter it and click the Next button.
Click the Create Bot Account button (Fig.3).

Fill in the required fields (Fig.4):
Account Image - upload a 400x400 image that will be displayed in the profile of a public account and as a badge in messages;
AccountName - the name that will be displayed in the header of the bot;
URI - come up with an identifier by which you can find the bot;
Category - select one of the main categories;
Subcategory - select a subcategory from the list in which the bot will operate;
Language - select the main language;
Account Description - describe the created bot in more detail;
Website Address - optional enter the address of your website;
Email Address - enter email address;
Location - location, position.

Accept the agreements and click the Create button (Fig.4).
After that, you will receive a token for Viber authentication (Fig.5). Copy and save it.

1.3. URI
The unique URI of the account. Generated automatically and used inside the Webitel system.
The name of the bot that was entered in the "Account Name" field when creating the bot.
1.5. Flow
Here you choose which Flow will be processed when the Char Gateway is used.
When you click on the Flow field, a drop-down list opens from which the flow is selected. If the required flow is not in the drop-down list, use the Flow field as a search field.
