1. Description

Infobip is a cloud-based business communication platform that automates customer communication across all channels. Acts as an intermediary between the customer company and Webitel.

The following items are available when you create the Chat Gateway:

1. Save button (Fig.1(1));

2. Close button (Fig.1(2));

3. Tabs (Fig.1(3)).

Clicking on this button saves the changes.

1.2 Close button

Clicking this button opens the Chat Gateways page; the changes are not saved.

The following tabs are available when creating the Chat Gateway:
