1. Description

The main task of the Preview Dialer is to select a Member and show information about him to the Agent.

 The initiator of the call is the Agent.

It consists of the following tabs:

• Parameters;

• Processing;

• Agents;

• Skills;

• Resources;

• Buckets;

• Hooks;

• Variables;

• Permissions;

• Logs.

Permissions and Logs tabs are available after entering the data in the required fields and saving and for existing Queues.
