1. Description

The page is intended for creating Variables for a User.

Click the add button (Fig.1(1)) to add Variables for the User.

Enter the name of the Variable in the "Key" field (Fig.1 (2)).

Enter the value of the Variable in the field "Value" (Fig.1 (3)). Both fields are required.

Click the delete button (Fig.1 (4)) to delete the Variable.

2.1. Add a Variable

Preconditions
  1. Access to the Admin application;
  2. Access to the User section in the Admin application;
  3. Permission to edit in the User section;
  4. The presence of at least one User.

Steps


  1. Click the add button (Fig.1(1)).
  2. Enter data in the Key field and the Value field.
  3. Click the Save button

Result

Data saved.

2.2. Remove the Variable of the User

Goal

Remove the Variable of the User

Preconditions
  1. Access to the Admin application;
  2. Access to the User section in the Admin application;
  3. Permission to edit in the User section;
  4. The presence of at least one User.
  5. The presence of at least one User with at least one Variable.

Steps


  1. Find the Variable to be removed.
  2. Click the delete button (Fig.1 (4)) in the row of this Variable.
  3. Click the Save button

Result

Data saved.

The Variable is removed.

2.3. Edit the variable

Goal

Edit the Variable

Preconditions
  1. Access to the Admin application;
  2. Access to the User section in the Admin application;
  3. Permission to edit in the User section;
  4. The presence of at least one User.
  5. The presence of at least one User with at least one Variable.

Steps


  1. Find the Variable to be changed.
  2. Enter the required data in the Key field and the Value field.
  3. Click the Save button

Result

Data saved.

The Variable has been edited.
