Create an Activity

If all users are busy and there is an incoming call, it will be considered missed by all users. In this case, you can create an Activity in Creatio for the Supervisor user, for a specific user, or for any random user.

It is possible to customize the creation of Activities for users. For example, Activity can be created for a specific user, depending on the calendar.

Automatic dialer to process missed calls

Missed calls are recorded in a list of a separate dialer, which processes them. Calls from this dialer can be handled by both incoming queue agents and/or other agens. Such dialer is configured on the Webitel side.
