Role permissions(Roles)

1. Description

The tab is intended for issuing global permissions for the following actions:

  • Add -  grants permission  to create objects in available sections;

  • Update - grants permission to edit any entries in the available sections;

  • Delete - grants permission to delete any entries in the available sections;

  • Select - grants permission to be able to select any entry from the sections that are allowed. You can see which sections are allowed in the Applications tab of a specific Role. Gives access to Objects and Licences pages;

Global permissions from the Role permissions page take priority over the permissions configured on the Managed by operations page!

These permissions include Select, Update, Delete, and Add. This means that if the Role permissions page grants permission to edit, but editing is forbidden on the Managed by operations page, a User with that Role will still be able to edit.

  • Change user password - grants permission to change the User's password;

  • Eavesdrop call - grants permission to eavesdrop on an active conversation;

  • Export data grid - grants permission to export data from the register entries;

  • Manage user license - grants permission to manage a set of User licenses;

  • Manage user roles - grants permission to manage a set of User Roles;

  • Playback record file - grants permission to playback call-record files;

  • View CDR phone numbers - if you enable encrypting phone numbers on the server side, then in the call history, the numbers of Subscribers will be displayed in encrypted form. This permission allows you to see numbers when encryption is enabled;

  • Manage system configurations - grants permission to access and manage the Configuration section;

  • Manage global variables - grants permission to access and manage the Global variables section.

The Manage user licenses and Manage user roles rights do not affect User creation; they only update the corresponding User fields.

It consists of the following elements:

  1. Add tool (Fig.1(1));
