Generate Form

1. Description

The component is designed to generate a Form.

Creates a dynamic page for Agents based on previously created page elements.

This component is present in flow types like:

  • Forms.

The block (Fig.1(1)) is used in space to build the Flow. The settings panel for this component opens (Fig.1(2)) when you click on the block.

1.1. Generate Form block

The block consists of the following elements:

  1. The name of the component;

  2. In branch — receiving (connecting with the previous block) branch;

  3. Out branch — outgoing (connecting with the following block) branch. When hovering over the Out field, a switch appears. The switch allows this component to be connected to a component that already has a connection.

The presence of an icon indicates that the switch is on, and this component can be connected to a component that already has a connection.

Changing the switch position removes the outgoing branch of this component.

The button deletes the block from the Flow Schema.

1.2. Generate Form settings panel

It consists of the following elements:

  1. Id;

  2. Form title;

  3. Body contents;

  4. Form actions;

  5. Break;

  6. Limit;

  7. Add description.

1.2.1. Id

Here, you enter the name* (unique within the Flow) – a service name that is not displayed on the page. It is used as a variable for further access to values.

1.2.2. Form title

Here, enter the name of the page. It may be empty.

1.2.3. Body contents

For adding content. Here, the component ids are entered in the order in which they should be displayed on the dynamic page for Agents. 

Enter the component id (for example, the Form Text component) and click the Add button to add a component. 

Each id is added separately.

The order of the added elements can be changed by clicking on it and dragging it to the required position (Fig. 2).

1.2.4. Form actions

It is used to add buttons to a Form. 

Click on the Add Action button and fill in the fields to create two or more buttons.

  • Id — service name not displayed on the page. It is used as a variable for further access to values;

  • Color — button color;

  • Text — button name. The text on the button.

  • Remove action — removes the button.
