Alternative Channels
1. Description
The page is intended to set up alternative channels.
The page contains fields and switches for different messengers.
The following messengers are available (Fig.1):
Viber;
WhatsApp;
Telegram;
Messenger;
Email.

In the messenger field, a link is indicated by which the site user will be transferred when clicking on the corresponding icon.
- when you click this button, the information entered in the field is copied.
The switch is responsible for displaying the messenger icon on the site.
After making changes, you must click on the Copy code for site button. The script is copied and then used on the site where the chat should be.
Changes on the site will be displayed only after using the new script!
In the Online call block you can configure the functionality of a call from the site.
The switch is responsible for the presence of a button for this functionality.
The WebSocket is entered into the WebSocket Endpoint field.
The Flow scheme field chooses the Flow scheme to work with this functionality.
