General (Resource groups)

1. Description

Here you enter information about the Resource group.

Consists of fields (Fig.1):

  1. Name;

  2. Communication type;

  3. Description.

1.1. Name

Required field. Here the name of the Resource group is entered.

1.2. Communication type

Required field. The field for selecting the Communication type. 

When you click on the Communication type field, a drop-down list opens from which the Communication type is selected. If the required Communication type is not in the drop-down list, use the Communication type field as a search field.

Preconditions

  1. Access to the Admin application;

  2. Access to the Resource groups section in the Admin application;

  3. Permission to edit in the Resource groups section;

  4. The presence of at least one Resource group or creating a new one.

Steps



  1. Click on the field you want to change.

  2. Make the necessary changes.

  3. Click the Save button

Data saved.

  1. Access to the Admin application;

  2. Access to the Resource groups section in the Admin application;

  3. Permission to select and delete in the Resource groups section;

  4. The presence of at least one Resource group or creating a new one.

Steps



  1. Click on the field you want to change - Communication type. A drop-down list opens.

  2. Select the required option from the drop-down list.

  3. Click the Save button
