This section will help you get started with Grafana and create your first dashboard. For more information about Grafana, see here.

Note: Grafana also offers a free Grafana Cloud account to make getting started easier and faster. You can install Grafana for self-hosting or get a free Grafana Cloud account.

Step 1: Installing Grafana

Grafana is installed with the Webitel system.

Step 2: Log in 

Open the Analytics applications from the Webitel application menu to enter Grafana (Fig.1).

Step 3: Create a Dashboard

To create your first dashboard:

  1. Click the + icon in the left panel, select Create Dashboard, and then click Add new panel;
  2. Go to the Query tab in the New Dashboard / Edit Panel view;
  3. Customize your query by selecting -- Grafana -- from the data source selector. This creates a Random Walk dashboard.
  4. Click the Save icon in the upper right corner of the screen to save the dashboard;
  5. Add a name and click Save.

Congratulations, you've created your first dashboard showing results.
