This section describes the purpose of the system settings that are used in Creatio integration packages with the Webitel telephony system.

To open the "System Designerdesigner", in the upper right corner of the screen (Fig. 1) you need to click on the "Gear" icon (1), and then select "Open System Designerdesigner" (2).

In the system System designer, select in the "System setup" section (Fig. 2) the "System settings" subsection (1).

For convenience, most of the settings can be found by filtering the "Name" or "Code" fields that contain "webitel" or "wtel". To do this, in the window that opens (Fig. 3) you need to set the filter (1) (2) for the corresponding appropriate word (3), and confirm (4). A list of all system settings (5) that fall under the filter will appear.

A system setting that specifies which extension number to use when automatically creating a Webitel user. After use, the value increases by 1.
