Description
This section describes the purpose of the system settings that are used in Creatio integration packages with the Webitel telephony system.
1. Section "System settings".
To open the "System Designer", in the upper right corner of the screen (Fig. 1) you need to click on the "Gear" icon (1), and then select "Open System Designer" (2).

In the system designer, select in the "System setup" section (Fig. 2) the "System settings" subsection (1).

For convenience, most of the settings can be found by filtering the "Name" or "Code" fields that contain "webitel" or "wtel". To do this, in the window that opens (Fig. 3) you need to set the filter (1) (2) for the corresponding word (3), and confirm (4). A list of all system settings (5) that fall under the filter will appear.
