1. Description
It is designed to view the Queues in which the Agent can participate. Depending on the Agent's Skills, Queues are pulled up.

It consists of the following elements:
- Refresh button (Fig.1(1));
- Registry (Fig.1(2));
- Pagination (Fig.1(3)).

1.1. Refresh button

1.2. Registry
The registry is a list of entries of existing objects in this partition, each of which consists of a set of fields:
- Queues;
- Type;
- Members;
- Waiting;
- Strategy.
1.2.1. Queues
The names of the Queues are displayed here.
1.2.2. Type
The Queue type is displayed here. The types of Queues can be viewed here.
1.2.3. Members
The total number of Members in this Queue is displayed.
1.2.4. Waiting
Displays the number of Members who still need to be called.
1.2.5. Strategy
This displays the strategy that is used in Outgoing Queues (dialers). There are such strategies:
- FIFO
- LIFO
- Strict FIFO
