1. Description

Ending communication with a Subscriber. Depending on the settings, there may be:

1. Ending a call without processing
2. Ending a call with processing

1.1. Ending a call without processing

The call ends with the push of a Image Removed Image Added button.

1.2. Ending a call with processing

The configured processing is displayed after the call is accepted and for a specific time after the end of the call. More information about processing settings can be found here.

There are the following processing options:

1. No dynamic processing schemaSimple processing;With dynamic processing schema
2. Dynamic post-processing forms.

1.2.1.

Simple processing

Processing without dynamic processing schema - the page simple processing. It is displayed in the right panel block in the "Processing task" Task processing tab.

Являет собою форму для ввода информации о разговоре.

После окончания звонка в форме добавляется таймер, в котором указанно количество секунд до закрытия этой формы (Рис.1). Когда таймер дойдет до нуля - форма закроется. Для того, чтобы добавить время на обработку необходимо нажать на кнопку Image Removed, которая появляется вместо количества секунд в установленное время до окончания обработкиSimple processing is a form for entering information about a conversation.

After the chat call, a timer is added to the form, which indicates the number of seconds until the form closes (Fig.1). The form closes when the timer reaches zero. Click the Image Added button that appears instead of the number of seconds at the set time before the end of processing to add time for processing.

Если звонок был успешной, то в поле "Описание" вводятся комментарии в звонку.

Если звонок был неуспешной - нажимается кнопка "Нет" (Рис 2).

Добавляется возможность запланировать следующий звонок. Для этого необходимо нажать на поле "Время следующей задачи". Открывается календарь в котором выбирается дата и время следующего звонка (Рис.3).

Если нет необходимости планировать конкретное время следующего звонка, то выбирается ответ (радиокнопку) "Нет" (Рис.4) и заполняются данные без указания времени.

If the call was successful, then comments in the call are entered in the Description field.

The No button is clicked if the call is unsuccessful (Fig.2).

The option to schedule the next call is available. To do this, click on the Next task time field. A calendar will open where you can choose the date and time of the next call (Fig.3).

If there is no need to schedule a specific time for the next call, then the answer (radio button) No (Fig.4) is selected, and the data is filled in without specifying the time.

1.2.2.

Обработка со схемой - это динамические страница, которая отображается в правой панели и завесить от выбранной схемы.

Являет собою обработку звонка в виде форм. 

Отображение такой страницы в окне оператора зависит от схемы, выбранной в поле  "Схема динамической обработки" на странице "Обработка" очереди, которую обслуживает оператор.

Dynamic post-processing forms

Dynamic post-processing forms are a processing setting with a Flow schema. The display will depend on the selected Flow scheme.

The display of such a page in the Agent's window depends on the scheme selected in the Dynamic processing scheme field on the Processing page of the Queue that the Agent is serving.

It is possible to display elements such as:

It is designed to display any static information on the page. Can be customized using the Form Text and Form Rich Text Editor" components.

It is designed for entering information. It is configured using the Form Textfield component.

It is designed to display a calendar. It is configured using the Form Datetime Picker component.

Clicking on this field opens a list of possible options. It is configured using the Form Select component.
