1. Description

It is designed to create connection types that are used to configure dialers. Set when the creating a subscriber and resource group are created.

It consists of the following elements:

  1. Creation tool (Fig.1(1));
  2. Search field (Fig.1(2));
  3. Refresh button (Fig.1(3));
  4. Registry (Fig.1(4));
  5. Pagination (Fig.1(5)).

1.1. Creation tool

Use the Add button (Fig.1(1)) to create a new object. Access theto a General tab opens after clicking.  You You can open tabs the General tab for existing Communication types through the entries editing tool (see paragraph 1.4.5).

The search is performed on the Name column.

1.4. Registry

The registry is a list of entries of existing objects in this partitionsection, each of which consists of a set of fields:

1.4.2. Name

The name of the Communication type is displayed here.

1.4.3. Channel

The communication channel is displayed here. The following communication channels are available:

  • Phone;
  • Email;
  • Messaging.

1.4.4. Code

Here, you can see the code for linking Communication type and Member.

1.4.5. Default

This displays which entries are selected by default for each channel. The communication type marked with the "Default" radio button is assigned to a Сontact when you add it to Workspace. More information about adding a Сontact to Workspace can be found here.

2.4. Edit a

Используется для выбора одной или нескольких записей объектов. После выбора одной, или нескольких записей появляется дополнительный инструмент удаления (Рис. 3). При наведении курсора на этот инструмент появляется информация о количестве выбранных для удаления записей.

1.4.2. Колонка "Имя"

Здесь отображается название типа связи.

1.4.3. Code

Здесь отображается код для связки типа связи и абонента.

1.4.4. Колонка "Описание"

Здесь отображается описание - небольшая подсказка по использованию.

1.4.5. Инструмент редактирования

Открывается нажатием на кнопку редактирования (Image Removed), при наведение курсором на которую отображается информация с названием инструмента - Image Removed.  После нажатия на эту кнопку открывается доступ к детали "Общее", в которой можно изменить данные объекта (см. пункт 2.4).

1.4.6. Инструмент удаления

Используется для удаления объекта (см. пункт 2.2) с подтверждением через модальное окно  (Рис.4). При наведении на кнопку удаления (Image Removed) отображается информация с названием инструмента - Image Removed.  После нажатия кнопки удаления появляется модальное окно с подтверждением. Нажатие кнопки "Удалить" - Image Removed удаляет объект и запись о нем. Нажатие кнопки "Отменить" закрывает модальное окно, объект не удаляется.

2. Возможности

2.1. Создание нового типа связи

Цель

Создать новый тип связи

Предусловия
  1.  Доступ к приложению Admin;
  2.  Доступ к разделу "Типы связи" в приложении Admin;
  3.  Разрешение на создание в разделе "Типы связи".

Сценарий:

  1. Нажать кнопку "Добавить". Открывается страница детали "Общее".
  2. Внести данные.
  3. Нажать на кнопку "Сохранить".

Результат

Отображается оповещение "Successfully updated". Данные сохранены. 

2.2. Удаление типа связи

Цель

Удалить тип связи

Предусловия
  1.  Доступ к приложению Admin;
  2.  Доступ к разделу "Типы связи" в приложении Admin;
  3.  Разрешение на просмотр и удаление в разделе "Типы связи";
  4. Наличие минимум одного типа связи.

Сценарий:

  1. Найти в реестре записей тип связи, который необходимо удалить.
  2. Нажать на кнопку удаления - Image Removed. Открывается модальное окно для подтверждения удаления.
  3. Нажать кнопку "Удалить".

Результат

Модальное окно закрывается. Тип связи удален.

2.3. Удаление нескольких типов связи

Цель

Удалить несколько типов связи

Предусловия
  1.  Доступ к приложению Admin;
  2.  Доступ к разделу "Типы связи" в приложении Admin;
  3.  Разрешение на просмотр и удаление в разделе "Типы связи";
  4. Наличие минимум одного типа связи.

Сценарий:

  1. Найти в реестре записей типы связи, которые необходимо удалить. Выбрать их с помощью чекбокса.
  2. Нажать на кнопку удаления вверху реестра записей. Открывается модальное окно для подтверждения удаления.
  3. Нажать кнопку "Удалить".

Результат

Модальное окно закрывается. Типы связи удалены.

2.4. Редактирование параметров типа связи

Цель

Изменить параметры типа связи

Предусловия
  1.  Доступ к приложению Admin;
  2.  Доступ к разделу "Типы связи" в приложении Admin;
  3.  Разрешение на просмотр и редактирование в разделе "Типы связи";
  4. Наличие минимум одного типа связи.

Сценарий:

  1. Найти в реестре записей тип связи, который необходимо редактировать.
  2. Нажать на кнопку редактирования в записи этого типа связи. Открывается страница детали "Общее".
  3. Внести изменения.
  4. Нажать кнопку "Сохранить".

Результат

Отображается оповещение "Successfully updated". Данные сохранены

  1. Find the Communication type you want to edit in the registry entries.
  2. Click on the edit button in the entry of this Communication type. The General tab opens.
  3. Make changes.
  4. Click the Save button.

Result

Data saved.
