1. Description

This tab specifies access rights to applications and partitions sections of these applications.

By default, everything is allowed.

Access to applications is determined using the Access switch:

Image Added — the switch is on

, and access is allowed;

Access to partitions (present in the Supervisor Workspace and Admin applications) is determined by the presence of sections is granted by selecting a checkbox in the module window (Fig. 2 and Fig. 3), which opens is opened when you click on the edit application button (Fig.1(3) and Fig.1(4))Image RemovedImage Added) is clicked.

Select the checkbox (Fig.3(2)) - — access is allowed.

Clear the checkbox (Fig.3(1)) - access is denied.

Click the OK button to save (Fig. 3 (3)). The modal window will close. Click the Save button button (Fig.1 (5)).

Preconditions

The user who has to set the application access right for another user must have the following permissions (sysadmin has all rights from the start):

  1. Access to the Admin application.
  2. Access to the Roles
partition
  1. section in the Admin application;
  2.  Permission to edit in the Roles

  1. section.
Steps:
  1. Find the application you need.
  2. Set the Access switch to the on position.
  3. Click the

Steps:
  1. Найти приложение к которому относится раздел 
  2. Поставить переключатель "Доступ" в положение включен
  3. Нажать кнопку редактирования приложения - Image Removed. Откроется модальное окно
  4. Найти необходимый раздел и проставить флажок в чекбоксе  до этого раздела.
  5. Нажать кнопку "Ок". Модальное окно закрывается
  6. Нажать на кнопку "Сохранить"
ResultПользователю предоставлено право доступа к  необходимому разделу и приложению, которому  принадлежит раздел.

    • Разрешение на редактирование в разделе "Роли"ResultПользователь не имеет права доступа к  разделу

    Steps:
    1. Найти приложение к которому относится раздел 
    2. Нажать кнопку редактирования приложения - Image Removed. Откроется модальное окно
    3. Найти необходимый раздел и забрать флажок в чекбоксе  до этого раздела.
    4. Нажать кнопку "Ок". Модальное окно закрывается
    5. Нажать на кнопку "Сохранить"
