1. Description

Here you enter information about the import template.

Consists of fields (Fig.1):

  1. Name;
  2. Import destination;
  3. Description.

1.1. Name

Required field. The name of the import template is entered here.

1.2. Import destination

The Queue for which the template will be applied is chosen here.

1.3. Description

Here you enter the description of the import template.

2.1. Change the Name/Description 

Goal

 Change the Name/Key/Description 

Preconditions
  1. Access to the Admin application;
  2. Access to the Imports of CSV from files section in the Admin application;
  3. Permission to select and delete in the Imports of CSV from files section;
  4. The presence of at least one import template.

Steps


  1. Click on the field you want to change.
  2. Make the necessary changes.
  3. Click the Save button.

Result

Data saved.

2.2. Change the Import destination

Goal

Change the Import destination

Preconditions
  1. Access to the Admin application;
  2. Access to the Imports of CSV from files section in the Admin application;
  3. Permission to select and delete in the Imports of CSV from files section;
  4. The presence of at least one import template.

Steps


  1. Click on the Import destination field. A drop-down list opens.
  2. Select the required option from the drop-down list.
  3. Click the Save button

Result

Data saved.
