1. Description

It is designed to search for information on the Member.

This component is present in flow types like:

  • Voice;
  • Chat;
  • Service.

The block (Fig.1(1)) is used in space to build the Flow. The settings panel for this component opens (Fig.1(2)) when you click on the block.

1.1. Member info block

The block consists of the following elements:

  1. The name of the component;
  2. in branch - receiving (connecting with the previous block) branch;
  3. out branch - outgoing (connecting with the following block) branch.

1.2. Member info settings panel

It consists of the following elements:

  1. Bucket;
  2. Destination;
  3. Name;
  4. Queues;
  5. Completed;
  6. Today;
  7. Set;
  8. Break;
  9. Add limit.

1.2.1. Bucket

It is designed to select the Bucket for which the check will be performed.

When you click on the Bucket field, a drop-down list opens from which a choice is made. You can select from the drop-list or set it manually.

1.2.2. Destination

A variable is entered in this field - ${variable_name}, in which the number of a Member on which the check will be carried out is transmitted.

1.2.3. Name

Here enters the member's name for which the check will be carried out.

1.2.4. Queues

It is designed to select the Queue for which the check will be performed.

When you click on the Queues field, a drop-down list opens from which a choice is made. You can select from the drop-list or set it manually.

1.2.5. Completed

It is used to check if the call is complete for this Member.

1.2.6. Today

It is used to check if there was a call to this Member today.

1.2.7. Set

It consists of the following:

  1. Key;
  2. Value;
  3. Remove button;
  4. Add.

1.2.7.1. Key

Here enters an arbitrary name of the variable to which the data will be transferred.

1.2.7.2. Value

Value is entered here. The values that can be set in this field are taken from the information about the Member specified on the Variables page.

1.2.7.3. Remove button

It is intended for removing a variable in a row with which it stands—clicking the  button removes the variable.

1.2.7.4. Add

It is designed to add a new variable.

1.2.8. Break

Responsible for the completion of the flow execution.

- initiates the end of the flow execution after the given component.

- the switch is in the off position.

1.2.9. Add limit

It is intended to determine the maximum number of passes through this component.

The failover branch appears in the edited component when the limit is set .

The failover branch will be used if more passes are passed through the component than entered in the Max field.

Clicking on the Add Limit button adds a Max field and a Delete limit button.

The number of possible passes is indicated in the Max field.

Clicking on the Delete limit button removes the limit and returns the Add limit button.
