Checks time and makes routing decisions. It allows you to select a calendar and pass the value to a variable.
This component is present in flow types like:
Voice;
Chat;
Forms;
Service.
The block (Fig.1(1)) is used in space to build the Flow. The settings panel for this component opens (Fig.1(2)) when you click on the block.
Fig.1. Calendar component
1.1. Calendar block
The block consists of the following elements:
The name of the component;
in branch - receiving (connecting with the previous block) branch;
out branch - outgoing (connecting with the following block) branch.
1.2. Calendar settings panel
It consists of the following elements:
Calendar;
Set to variable;
Extended;
Break;
Add limit.
1.2.1. Calendar
When you click on the Calendar field, a drop-down list opens from which the required Calendar is selected. How to create a Calendar can be found here.
You can select from the drop-list or set it manually.
1.2.2. Set to variable
The name of the variable is specified here. The variable gets the true/false value, depending on the working hours at which the call or chat was received. Working hours - true, non-working hours - false.
1.2.3. Extended
The Extended switch is used if it is necessary to use a holiday in the flow schema.
When this switch is active, the value holiday will also be transferred to the variable if the time the call or chat was received falls on a holiday weekend.
In the case of an active Extended switch, the use of the If component is inappropriate because, in this case, the value true will be returned both on a working day and on holiday.
