1. Description

Checks time and makes routing decisions. It allows you to select a calendar and pass the value to a variable.

The block (Fig.1(1)) is used in space to build the low Schema. The settings panel for this component opens (Fig.1(2)) when you click on the block.

1.1. Calendar block

The block consists of the following elements:

1. The name of the component;

2. In branch — receiving (connecting with the previous block) branch;

3. Out branch — outgoing (connecting with the following block) branch. When hovering over the Out field, a switch appears. The switch allows this component to be connected to a component that already has a connection.

The presence of an icon indicates that the switch is on, and this component can be connected to a component that already has a connection.

Changing the switch position removes the outgoing branch of this component.

The button deletes the block from the Flow Schema.

1.2. Calendar settings panel

It consists of the following elements:

1. Calendar;

2. Set to variable;

3. Extended;

4. Break;

5. Limit;

6. Add description.

1.2.1. Calendar

Clicking on the Calendar field opens a drop-down list, from which you can select the desired Calendar.

You can select from the drop-down list or set it manually.

1.2.2. Set to variable

The name of the variable is specified here. The variable gets the true/false value, depending on the working hours when the call or chat was received. Working hours — true, non-working hours — false.

1.2.3. Extended

The Extended switch is used if it is necessary to use a holiday in the Flow Schema.

When this switch is active, the value holiday will also be transferred to the variable if the time the call or chat was received falls on a holiday weekend.
