A ringing sound accompanies an inbound call. It displays in the left block in Inbound calls (Fig.1).

To accept a chat, choose the chat in the left block and the Accept button in the central block. After that, sending a message to the Subscriber and other possibilities becomes possible. More about the options in active chats can be found here.

Set the variable wbt_auto_answer: true on the Variables tab of the Queue to automatically connect chat with the Agent (without the Agent clicking the Accept button).
