Table. 1. The registered products list

There are two types of licenses:

  • Competitive - the number of Users simultaneously registered in the system is licensed;
  • Nominal - issued to a specific User.

The license for the CHAT product can only be of a nominal type!

CHAT regulates how many Chat Gateways can be enabled at the same time. It is not assigned to a User but allows you to connect to Telegram, web chat, Facebook, etc.

The CHAT-licensed product defines the maximum number of Chat Gateways simultaneously activated in all domains assigned to such a license.

Licenses for the Chat product are not summed up! The license with the largest number of Chat Gateways is taken into account.

It is possible to combine licenses.

If the license has expired, access to the system will be unavailable.

The EMAIL licensed product defines the maximum number of Email profiles that can be simultaneously activated in all domains assigned to such a license.

In a situation where several products of the EMAIL type are provided, one is selected with the maximum number (they are not summed up!).

The license is assigned to an Agent and provides access to the Email profiles section.

For example, ten issued licenses can be simultaneously assigned to ten different Users, allowing them to activate no more than ten Email profiles.
