1. Description

It is used to change Member data.

This component is present in flow types like:

  • Voice;
  • Chat;
  • Service.

The block (Fig.1(1)) is used in space to build the Flow. The settings panel for this component opens (Fig.1(2)) when you click on the block.

1.1. Patch Members block

The block consists of the following elements:

  1. The name of the component;
  2. in branch - receiving (connecting with the previous block) branch;
  3. out branch - outgoing (connecting with the following block) branch.

1.2. Patch Members settings panel

It consists of the following elements:

  1. Name;
  2. Destination;
  3. Bucket;
  4. ;
  5. Completed;
  6. Today;
  7. Patch member;
  8. Break;
  9. Add limit.

1.2.1. Name

Here is entered the Member's name by which the search will be performed.

1.2.2. Destination

Here is entered the Member's number by which the search will be performed.

1.2.3. Bucket

The field for selecting the Bucket to which the Member belongs. When you click on the field, a drop-down list opens from which you must choose the desired option. You can select from the drop-down list or set it manually.

The field for selecting the Queue to which the Member belongs. When you click on the field, a drop-down list opens from which you must choose the desired option. You can select from the drop-list or set it manually.

1.2.5. Completed

Responsible for searching for a Member among those Members to whom dialing has already ended:

- search among Members to whom dialing has not yet ended;

- search for a Member among those Members to whom dialing has ended.

1.2.6. Today

Responsible for searching among Members that were created today:

- search by Members without reference to the date of creation;

- search for Members who were created today.

1.2.7. Patch member

It is intended for the possibility of changing data about a Member who matches the filters selected above. To change the data in one or several parameters, select this parameter using the checkbox and enter the modified variant in the field. You can enter text or variables in the field.

The following options are available:

  • Name - the name of the Member;
  • Priority - calling priority;
  • Ready at - the time when you need to call back the Member;
  • Bucket - the Bucket to which the Member belongs;
  • Stop cause - reason for termination;
  • Variables - the Member's variables.

1.2.8. Break

Responsible for the completion of the flow execution.

- initiates the end of the flow execution after the given component.

- the switch is in the off position.

1.2.9. Add limit

It is intended to determine the maximum number of passes through this component.

The failover branch appears in the edited component when the limit is set .

The failover branch will be used if more passes are passed through the component than entered in the Max field.

Clicking on the Add Limit button adds a Max field and a Delete limit button.

The number of possible passes is indicated in the Max field.

Clicking on the Delete limit button removes the limit and returns the Add limit button.
