1. Description

The tab is available for SIP Trunking.

Automatically transfers IP from the General tab (Proxy field). You can also add more IPs, if necessary.

It consists of the following elements:

  1. Add tool (Fig.1(1));
  2. Registry (Fig.1(2)).

1.1. Add tool

When you click on the button, a new line with data entry fields is added to the registry.

1.2. Registry

The registry is a list of entries; each entry consists of fields indicating which protocol, IP, and port requests from the provider will come. There is also a tool to delete the entry.

Clicking on the Protocol field opens a drop-down list of available protocols, namely:

  • any;
  • udp;
  • tcp.

2.1. Add a Configuration

Goal

Add a Configuration

Preconditions
  1. Access to the Admin application;
  2. Access to the Gateways section in the Admin application;
  3. Permission to edit or create in the Gateways section;
  4. The presence of at least one Gateway (SIP Trunking).

Steps


  1. Click the add button (). A new entry appears.
  2. Enter data. The Save button becomes active.
  3. Click the Save button.

Result

Data saved.

2.2. Delete a Configuration

Goal

Delete a Configuration

Preconditions
  1. Access to the Admin application;
  2. Access to the Gateways section in the Admin application;
  3. Permission to create or edit in the Gateways section;
  4. The presence of at least one Gateway (SIP Trunking);
  5. At least one configuration entry.

Steps


  1. Find the configuration entry you want to delete in the registry;
  2. Click the delete button (). The configuration entry is deleted. The Save button becomes active.
  3. Click the Save button.

Result

Data saved.

2.3. Edit a Configuration

Goal

Edit a Configuration

Preconditions
  1. Access to the Admin application;
  2. Access to the Gateways section in the Admin application;
  3. Permission to create or edit in the Gateways section;
  4. The presence of at least one Gateway (SIP Trunking);
  5. At least one configuration entry.

Steps


  1. Find the configuration entry you want to edit in the registry;
  2. Make changes. The Save button becomes active.
  3. Click the Save button.

Result

Data saved.
