Creation tool — Skills (Queue)

Click the add button to add a new Skill (Fig. 1 (2)). The Add skill modal window opens (Fig. 2) after clicking the button, which consists of the following elements:

Skill — a field for choosing a Skill;
Level — a field for specifying the Skill level;
Min capacity — a field for specifying the minimum potential that the Agent must have;
Max capacity — a field for specifying the maximum potential;
Bucket — bucket selection field;
Save button;
Close button.
