1. Description

This is where you can enter general information about the subscriber.

Consists of fields (Fig.1):

  1. Name;
  2. Priority;
  3. Expire;
  4. Timezone;
  5. Bucket;
  6. Agent.

1.1. Name

Required field.

The name of the member is entered here. 

1.2. Priority

Here the call priority is set. The larger the number, the higher the priority, which means the faster it will be called.

1.3. Expire

In this field, you can enter the date and time by which the call must be made. After the time expires, calls to this member will not be performed. Click the field to open a calendar (Fig. 2), where you can choose the date and time.

1.5. Bucket

Here you select a bucket for the member.

When you click on the Bucket field, a drop-down list opens from which the bucket is selected. If the required bucket is not in the drop-down list, use the Bucket field as a search field.

1.6. Agent

You can select the Agent assigned to this Member in this field.

2.1. Change the member's name or priority

Preconditions
  1. Access to the Admin application;
  2. Access to the Queues section in the Admin application;
  3. Permission to edit in the Queues section;
  4. The availability of at least one queue;
  5. The availability of a member or the creation of a new one.

Steps


  1. Click on the field you want to change.
  2. Make the necessary changes (the number can be set using the buttons)
  3. Click the Save button

Result

Data saved.

2.2. Change the member's bucket or time zone

Goal

Change the member's bucket or time zone

Preconditions
  1. Access to the Admin application;
  2. Access to the Queues section in the Admin application;
  3. Permission to select and delete in the Queues section;
  4. The availability of at least one queue;
  5. The availability of a member or the creation of a new one.

Steps


  1. Click on the field you want to change. A drop-down list opens.
  2. Select the required option from the drop-down list.
  3. Click the Save button

Preconditions
  1. Access to the Admin application;
  2. Access to the Queues section in the Admin application;
  3. Permission to select and delete in the Queues section;
  4. The availability of at least one queue;
  5. The availability of a member or the creation of a new one.

Steps


  1. Click the Expire field. A calendar opens.
  2. Select the desired date and time.
  3. Click the Add button. The calendar is closed.
  4. Click the Save button.
