1. Description

The page on which the collected information about events in the system is accumulated.

Present in all types of queues.

It consists of the following elements:

  1. Refresh button (Fig.1(1));
  2. Registry (Fig.1(2));
  3. Pagination (Fig.1(3)).

1.1. Refresh button

Updating the register table is performed by clicking on the refresh button -

(Fig.1 (1)).

1.2. Registry

The registry is a list of entries of existing objects in this partition, each of which consists of a set of fields:

  1. Destination;
  2. Agent;
  3. Start;
  4. End;
  5. Offering;
  6. Duration;
  7. View number;
  8. Result.

1.2.1. Destination

Here the numbers of members with whom there was an interaction are displayed.

1.2.2. Agent

The name of the agent with which the connection was attempted.

1.2.3. Start

Interaction start time.

1.2.4. End

Interaction end time.

1.2.5. Offering

The time when the call was offered to the agent. The field will be empty if no offer has taken place.

1.2.6. Duration

The duration of the member's interaction with the queuing mechanism.

1.2.7. View number

The number that the member displays on their device when they call. How to set a number can be found here.

1.2.8. Result

There are such options:

  • missed;
  • timeout;
  • failed (the call was not connected to the an agent);
  • abandoned (no follow-up call expected);
  • success.

1.3. Pagination

It consists of the Rows per page field, which indicates the number of entries (it is possible to set from 1 to 1000) per page, and forward and backward buttons for switching pages.
