1. Description

The tab for creating Tokens. The Token is used to authorize requests when integrating with Webitel.

It consists of the following elements:

  1. Creation tool (Fig.1(1));
  2. Refresh button (Fig.1(2));
  3. Registry (Fig.1(3));
  4. Pagination (Fig.1(4)).

1.1. Creation tool

Use the add button () to create a Token. Clicking this button opens a modal window (Fig.2).

Enter a name that serves as a description in the Name field. Сlicking the Add button opens a modal window with the created Token (Fig. 3).

The modal window with the generated Token has:

  • a field with the generated Token;
  • the Copy to clipboard button - copies the Token to the clipboard;
  • the Save as txt button - downloads a document with the .txt extension, which contains the created Token;
  • - window close button.

Attention!

The generated Token must be saved because it will not be available for viewing after closing the window.

1.2. Refresh button

Updating the register table is performed by clicking on the refresh button -

1.3. Registry

The registry is a list of entries of existing objects in this section, each of which consists of a set of fields:

  1. Checkbox;
  2. Usage;
  3. Created at;
  4. Created by:
  5. Removal tool.

1.3.1. Checkbox

Used to select one or more entries. An additional removal tool appears after selecting one or more entries. Information about the number of entries chosen for deletion appears when you hover over this tool. When you click on it, a modal confirmation window appears. It contains the Yes, No, and close () buttons. Clicking the Yes button deletes the entries. Clicking the No button closes the modal window, and the entries are not deleted.

All records on the page will be selected if you select the checkbox in the header.

1.3.2. Usage

Displays the name of the Token that was entered when it was created.

1.3.3. Created at

Displays the creation date of the Token.

1.3.4. Created by

Displays who created the Token.

1.3..5. Removal tool

It is used to remove an object with confirmation through a modal window. A modal confirmation window appears after clicking the button. Clicking the Yes button - deletes the object and the entry. Clicking the No button closes the modal window, and the object is not deleted.

1.4. Pagination

It consists of the Rows per page field, which indicates the number of entries (it is possible to set from 1 to 1000) per page, and forward and backward buttons for switching pages.

2.1 Create a Token

Goal

Create a Token

Preconditions
  1. Access to the Admin application;
  2. Access to the Users section in the Admin application;
  3. Permission to create in the Users section.
  4. The presence of at least one User.

Steps



  1. Click the add button (). The Tokens modal window opens.

  2. Enter a name in the Name field.
  3. Click the Add button.


Result

A modal window with the generated Token opens. The Token must be copied.

2.2 Copy a Token

Goal

Copy a Token

Preconditions
  1. Access to the Admin application;
  2. Access to the Users section in the Admin application;
  3. Permission to select and delete in the Users section;
  4. The presence of at least one User.

Steps


  1. Create a Token. A modal window with the created Token opens.
  2. Click the Copy to clipboard button.

Result

The modal window remains open. The Token is copied to the clipboard.

2.3. Save the Token as a TXT document

Goal

Save the Token as a TXT document

Preconditions
  1. Access to the Admin application;
  2. Access to the Users section in the Admin application;
  3. Permission to select and delete in the Users section;
  4. The presence of at least one User.

Steps


  1. Create a Token. A modal window opens with the created Token.
  2. Click the Save as txt button.

Result

The modal window remains open. A TXT document with the Token is downloaded.

2.4. Delete a Token

Preconditions
  1. Access to the Admin application;
  2. Access to the Users section in the Admin application;
  3. Permission to edit in the Users section;
  4. The presence of a User with at least one created Token. 

Steps


  1. Find the Token you want to delete in the registry entries;
  2. Click on the delete button -  . A modal window opens to confirm the deletion;
  3. Click the Delete button.

Result

The modal window closes. The Token is deleted.

2.5. Delete several Tokens

Goal

Delete several Tokens

Preconditions
  1. Access to the Admin application;
  2. Access to the Users partition in the Admin application;
  3. Permission to select and delete in the Users partition;
  4. The presence of a User with at least one created Token.

Steps


  1. Find the Token you want to delete in the registry entries. Select them using the checkbox;
  2. Click on the delete button at the top of the registry. A modal window opens to confirm the deletion.
  3. Click the Delete button.

Result

The modal window closes. The Tokens are deleted.
