1. Description

It is designed to add or remove pages for which the chat is configured.

It consists of the following elements:

  1. Add/remove element (Fig.1(1));
  2. Refresh button (Fig.1(2));
  3. Register (Fig.1(3)).

Pages must be created in advance. Connection occurs before existing pages.

1.1. Add/remove element 

It is designed to add or remove pages. Provided as an Add or Remove Pages button.

Refresh the page before adding or removing pages.

When you click on the Add or Remove pages button, a separate browser window opens to enter the site facebook.com/ (Fig. 2).

You need to log in as the page administrator.

The page for selecting pages opens (Fig.3).

On the open page, select the necessary pages using the checkbox and click the Next button. A page with permission settings opens; if necessary, make changes and click the Done button (Fig. 4).

Pages selected using the checkbox will be added to the registry, and pages that are not checked will be deleted. A page opens with a notification that the pages have been successfully connected. Click the OK button (Fig.5).

1.2. Refresh button

Updating the register table is performed by clicking on the refresh button -

(Fig.1 (2)).

1.3. Registry

The registry is a list of entries of existing objects in this section, each of which consists of a set of fields:

  1. ID;
  2. Name;
  3. Accounts;
  4. Webhook subscription.

1.3.1. ID

- used to copy the Facebook Page ID.

1.3.2. Name

The name of the Facebook page is displayed here.

1.3.3. Accounts

This field displays the names of Facebook page administrator accounts. When you click on the name, a modal window opens where all administrators are displayed (Fig. 6).

The Accounts modal window contains a search field and a list of administrator accounts.

1.3.4. Webhook subscription

It is designed to receive messages from the chat page.

- receiving messages is enabled;

- receiving messages is disabled.

Preconditions
  1. Access to the Admin application;
  2. Access to the Chat Gateways section in the Admin application;
  3. Permission to create or edit in the Chat gateways section;
  4. Have at least one Chat Gateway for Messenger or create a new one.
  5. Have at least one added page. 

Steps


  1. Find the required page in the register.
  2. Turn the Webhook subscription switch to the active position.
  3. Click the Save button. 

Result 

Data saved.
