1. Description

Chat Gateway for creating chats on the site page.

When creating a Web chat gateway, the following elements are available:

1. Copy code for site (Fig.1(1));
2. Save (Fig.1(2));
3. Close (Fig.1(3));
4. Tab page (Fig.1(4)).

It is possible to create a chat window (Fig. 2) and a call order window (Fig. 3).

And chats of alternative channels (Fig. 4).

1.1. Copy code for site 

Copies the script, which is then used on the site where the chat should be.

Changes on the site will be displayed only after using the new script!

1.2. Save

Clicking this button saves the changes.

1.3. Close 

Clicking this button does not save changes.

When creating a Web Chat Gateway, the following tabs are available:

• View;
• Chat;
• Appointment;
• Alternative Channels;
• Templates.
