1. Description

It is designed to force change the User who can view a call or chat that was not accepted.

By default, the Flow scheme will be executed on behalf of the user who made the call.

There are cases when there is an incoming call, no one answers the ring, and access rights do not assign to this call.

This component is present in flow types like:

  • Voice.

The block (Fig.1(1)) is used in space to build the Flow. The settings panel for this component opens (Fig.1(2)) when you click on the block.

1.1. Set Grantee block

The block consists of the following elements:

  1. The name of the component;
  2. in branch - receiving (connecting with the previous block) branch;
  3. out branch - outgoing (connecting with the following block) branch.

1.2. Set Grantee settings panel

It consists of the following elements:

  1. User;
  2. Break;
  3. Add limit.

1.2.1. User

It is designed to select the User you want to assign missed calls or chats. Clicking on the field opens a list of existing Users from which a selection is made. You can select from the drop-list or set it manually.

1.2.2. Break

Responsible for the completion of the flow execution.

- initiates the end of the flow execution after the given component.

- the switch is in the off position.
