1. Description

Here you enter information about the Email profile.

Consists of fields (Fig.1):

  1. Name;
  2. Login;
  3. Password;
  4. Mailbox;
  5. IMAP Host;
  6. IMAP Port;
  7. SMTP Host;
  8. SMTP Port;
  9. Flow schema;
  10. Refresh interval;
  11. Description.

1.1. Name

Required field. Here the name of the Email profile is entered.

1.2. Login

The postal address to which incoming messages will be received is entered here.

1.3. Password

Here enters a password from the email in paragraph 1.2.

1.4. Mailbox

The category/folder where the email will go (on the recipient's side) when you send a message using this Email profile is entered here.

You can find this data in the address bar when opening a specific mailbox category (Fig. 2). In most cases is Inbox.

1.5. IMAP Host

The IMAP Host of the email provider is entered here.

1.6. IMAP Port

The IMAP Port of the email provider is entered here.  The default is 993.

1.7. SMTP Host

The  SMTP Host of the email provider is entered here.

1.8. SMTP Port

The IMAP Port of the email provider is entered here.  The default is 587.

IMAP and SMTP ports can be found in the documentation of a particular email provider.

1.9. Flow schema

The name of the Flow schema that will be executed when an Email message is received at the Email address entered in the settings is chosen here. For example, is a Flow schema for adding Subscribers to the Inbound Task Queue.

1.10. Refresh interval

Here you enter the update interval for checking for new emails.

1.11. Description

Here you enter the description of the Email profile.

  1. Access to the Admin application;
  2. Access to the Email profiles section in the Admin application;
  3. Permission to select and delete in the Email profiles section;
  4. The presence of at least one Email profile.

Steps


  1. Click on the field you want to change.
  2. Make the necessary changes.
  3. Click the Save button.

Result

Data saved.

2.2. Change the Flow schema

Change the Flow schema

Preconditions
  1. Access to the Admin application;
  2. Access to the Email profiles section in the Admin application;
  3. Permission to select and delete in the Email profiles section;
  4. The presence of at least one Email profile.

Steps


  1. Click on the Flow schema field. A drop-down list opens.
  2. Select the required option from the drop-down list.
  3. Click the Save button

Result

Data saved.
