The display in chat messages depends on the Flowselected on the Chat tab.

The system automatically calculates how many free slots there are for each time, considering the value in the Available agents field and the number of bookings already added by subscribers. Free slots for booking are displayed in green and available for selection. After selection, the subscriber is added to the Queue for the selected time.
When the call time comes, the system, according to the configured Strategy, selects a currently available Agent,
