Generate Link

1. Description

It is used to generate a link.

This component is present in flow types like:

  • Voice;
  • Chat.

The block (Fig.1(1)) is used in space to build the Flow. The settings panel for this component opens (Fig.1(2)) when you click on the block.

The block consists of the following elements:

  1. The name of the component;
  2. in branch - receiving (connecting with the previous block) branch;
  3. out branch - outgoing (connecting with the following block) branch.

It consists of the following elements:

  1. Expires in (sec);
  2. Server;
  3. File;
  4. Break;
  5. Add limit.

Here the name of a new variable is entered. The link will be written in this variable.

Here enter how long the link should be available.

The time is entered in seconds, and in parentheses near the field name, the time is displayed in the hh:mm: ss format.

Here enter the server link. A link is automatically affixed to which the Webitel Flow Diagram is opened.

This field selects the source of the file. The following options are available:

  • file - for integration;
  • media - from the Media files page.

When you select the file option in the File source field, the file id is entered in the File field (at the development stage).

When you select the media option in the File source field, the Add button (Fig. 2) is added, with the help of which the file selected in the File field is added. Clicking on the File field opens a list of files from the Media files page.

Responsible for the completion of the flow execution.

- initiates the end of the flow execution after the given component.

- the switch is in the off position.

It is intended to determine the maximum number of passes through this component.

The failover branch appears in the edited component when the limit is set .

The failover branch will be used if more passes are passed through the component than entered in the Max field.

Clicking on the Add Limit button adds a Max field and a Delete limit button.

The number of possible passes is indicated in the Max field.

Clicking on the Delete limit button removes the limit and returns the Add limit button.
