Queues (Agents)

1. Description

It is designed to view the Queues in which an Agent can participate. Depending on the Agent's Skills, Queues are pulled up.

Only active Queues in which the Agent participates are displayed in the registry.

It consists of the following elements:

  1. Refresh button (Fig.1(1));
  2. Registry (Fig.1(2));
  3. Pagination (Fig.1(3)).

1.1. Refresh button

Updating the register table is performed by clicking on the refresh button -

1.2. Registry

The registry is a list of entries of existing objects in this section, each of which consists of a set of fields:

  1. Queues;
  2. Type;
  3. Members;
  4. Waiting;
  5. Strategy.

1.2.1. Queues

Queue names are displayed here.

1.2.2. Type

The Queue type is displayed here. The types of Queues can be viewed here.

1.2.3. Members

The total number of Members in this Queue is displayed.

1.2.4. Waiting

Displays the number of Members who still need to be called.

1.2.5. Strategy

Displays the strategy that is used in Outgoing Queues (dialers). There are such strategies:

  • FIFO  
  • LIFO  
  • Strict FIFO

1.3. Pagination

It consists of the Rows per page field, which indicates the number of entries (it is possible to set from 1 to 1000) per page, and forward and backward buttons for switching pages.
