Running history (Triggers)

1. Description

It is intended to display the history of the trigger run.

Consists of fields (Fig.1):

  1. Filter block (Fig.1(1));
  2. Registry (Fig.1(2));
  3. Pagination (Fig.1(3)).

1.1. Filter block 

It is designed to filter the data displayed in the registry entries.

It consists of the following elements::

  1. Filtering fields (Fig.2(1));
  2. Reset filters button (Fig.2(2));
  3. Expant filters button (Fig.2(3)).

1.1.1. Filtering fields

Available fields for filtering:

  1. ;
  2. o;
  3. Result;
  4. Duration (From and To fields).

1.1.1.1. Start: From

Filter for the start date of the period for which the history of the Trigger runs will be displayed. When you click on the field, a calendar opens for selecting the date.

1.1.1.2. Start: To

Filter for the end date of the period for which the history of the Trigger runs will be displayed. When you click on the field, a calendar opens for selecting the date.

1.1.1.3. Result

Filter by run status. It is possible to select several options. When multiple options are selected, the name of one option and the number of the rest options are selected. When the list is opened, the selected options are highlighted in orange.

1.1.1.4. Duration 

Filter by the duration of the run with the fields From and To in which data is entered for filtering in seconds.

1.1.2. Reset filters button

Represented as a button , all previously selected filters are reset when clicked.

1.1.3. Expant filters button

Represented as a  button, all fields for filtering are revealed when clicked.

Note

The number of fields displayed may vary depending on the browser window size. Use the  button to expand all fields.

1.2. Registry

The registry is a list of entries of existing objects in this partition, each of which consists of a set of fields:

  1. Start;
  2. Duration;
  3. Result.

1.2.1. Start

Here displays the date and time the Trigger started to run.

1.2.2. Duration

Here displays the duration of the Trigger run in milliseconds.

1.2.3. Result

Here displays the result of running a Trigger.

The following options are possible:

  • Idle;
  • Active;
  • Done;
  • Error.

1.3. Pagination

It consists of the Rows per page field, which indicates the number of entries (it is possible to set from 1 to 1000) per page, and forward and backward buttons for switching pages.
