Customizing the Flow schemas tab in Workspace
1. Description
The Flow schemas tab displays the Flow Schemas (Fig. 1) customized for the Agent’s Team.
The tab is available if you have a CALL_CENTER license.
The corresponding settings can be made on the Flow schemas tab of the Team to which the Agent belongs.
Click the add button to add a new Flow schema entry.
After clicking the add button, the Add flow schema modal window opens (Fig.3).
In the “Title” field, enter the name that will be displayed in the Workspace (Fig. 1). In the “Flow schema” field, select the Flow schema that will be executed. The list displays Flow schemas of the “Service” type. Clicking the “Save” button adds the selected Flow schema. On the “Flow schemas” tab (Fig. 1), only Flow schemes with the “State” switch turned on () are displayed (Fig. 2).
You can run the scheme at any time.
The Run button executes the selected Flow scheme.
After clicking the Run button, a notification of the Flow scheme's successful or unsuccessful run is displayed.
