1. Description

Inbound Task Queue - an incoming Queue of tasks. A task is any entity assigned to an Agent according to the rules.

It consists of the following tabs:

• General;
• Parameters;
• Processing;
• Agents;
• Skills;
• Buckets;
• Hooks;
• Variables;
• Permissions;
• Logs.

Permissions and Logs tabs are available after entering the data in the required fields and saving and for existing Queues.
