1. Description

It is designed to add Buckets to the Queue. More information about Buckets can be found here.

It consists of the following elements:

  1. Search field (Fig.1(1));
  2. Creation tool (Fig.1(2));
  3. Refresh button (Fig.1(3));
  4. Registry (Fig.1(4));
  5. Pagination (Fig.1(5)).

1.1. Search field

The search is performed on the Buckets column.

1.2. Creation tool 

Click the add button to add a new resource group (Fig. 1 (2)).  After clicking the add button, the Bucket Add bucket modal window opens (Fig. 2). It consists of the Bucket and Priority fields and the Save and Close buttons.

1.3. Refresh button

1.4. Registry

The registry is a list of entries of existing objects in this partition, each of which consists of a set of fields:

  1. Checkbox;
  2. Buckets;
  3. Priority;
  4. State;
  5. Editing tool;
  6. Removal tool.

1.4.1. Checkbox

Use to select one or more entries. An additional removal tool appears after selecting one or more entries. Information about the number of records selected for deletion appears when you hover over this tool.

1.4.2. Buckets

This displays the name of the added Bucket.

1.4.3. Priority

This field displayed the Bucket priority (which will be used first). The higher the number, the higher the priority.

Buckets for a Member are assigned when loading Members on the Queue page.

1.4.4. State

A switch that is responsible for enabling and disabling the Bucket by the position:

- the Bucket is enabled;

- the Bucket is disabled.

1.4.5. Editing tool

The Bucket Edit bucket modal window opens (Fig. 23) after clicking the edit button .

1.4.6. Removal tool

It is used to remove a Bucket from the registry entries. After you click the remove button , the Bucket entry is removed.

2. Opportunities

2.1. Add Bucket to the Queue

Goal

Add Bucket to the Queue

Preconditions
  1. Access to the Admin application;
  2. Access to the Queues partition in the Admin application;
  3. Permission to create or edit in the Queues partition;
  4. The presence of a Queue or the creation of a new one.

Steps


  1. Click the add button (Fig.1(2)). The Bucket Add bucket modal window opens.
  2. Click on the Bucket field. A dropdown list of existing Buckets opens.
  3. Select the required Bucket. The dropdown list is closed. The Save button becomes active.
  4. Enter the data in the Priority field.
  5. Click on the Save button.

Result

The modal window closes. Data saved. The entry has been added to the registry.  

2.2. Remove a Bucket from a Queue

Goal

Remove a Bucket from a Queue

Preconditions
  1. Access to the Admin application;
  2. Access to the Queues partition in the Admin application;
  3. Permission to create or edit in the Queues partition;
  4. The presence of a Queue or the creation of a new one;
  5. At least one Bucket entry.

Steps


  1. Find the Bucket entry you want to remove.
  2. Click on the delete button - Image Removed Image Added.

Result

The Bucket has been removed from the registry.

2.3. Edit a Bucket in a Queue

Preconditions
  1. Access to the Admin application;
  2. Access to the Queues partition in the Admin application;
  3. Permission to create or edit in the Queues partition;
  4. The presence of a Queue or the creation of a new one;
  5. At least one Bucket record.

Steps


  1. Find the entry for the Bucket you want to change
  2. Click the edit button- . The Bucket Edit bucket modal window opens.
  3. Click on the Priority field.
  4. Enter the necessary changes. The Save button becomes active.
  5. Click on the Save button.

Result

The modal window closes. Data saved.
