1. Description
Here, you select the Roles and their rights to the Queue are specified.Present in all types of Queuesregarding this Queue.
It consists of the following elements:
- Creation tool (Fig.1(1));
- Refresh button (Fig.1(2));
- Registry (Fig.1(3));
- Pagination (Fig.1(4)).

When creating Queue, the Users/Roles specified in Table 1 are included in the registry entries by default.

The Permissions tab shows only the Roles and Users that you can view. If you do not have permission to view other Users, you will only see yourself and your Roles on the Permissions tab, if they are configured there. |
Click Use the add button to add a new role (Fig.1(1)) . After clicking to add a Role. When you click the add button, the New grantee modal window opens (Fig. 2). It consists of the Role field and the Add and Close buttons.When you click on the Role field, a The Role drop-down list opens from which a Role or User is selected. If the required Role or User is not in the drop-down list, contains a list of all Roles and Users.
To quickly find the desired User or Role, you can use the Role field as a search field: enter the name of the User or Role you are looking for, and only Users or Roles containing the entered expression will be displayed.
You can distinguish a User from a Role by icons:

Clicking on a particular Role or User selects it. The Add button adds the selected Role or /User to the registry entries. The Clicking the Close button closes the modal window , and no entry is added. The without adding entries to the registry. The added roleRole, or userUser, has the following configureconfiguration:
- Read - — Allow;
- Edit - — Forbidden;
- Delete - — Forbidden.
These configure can be changed by selecting the required value in the column's drop-down list.

1.3. Registry
Consists of a set of fields:
Permission options:
- Allow - — the action is allowed;
- Allow with delegation - (— itself has permission and can grant such permission to others);
- Forbidden - — the action is forbidden.
2. Opportunities
2.1. Add a Role or User to the list of those who have access to the Queue

Steps

- Click on the Role field. A drop-down list of existing Roles opens.
- Select the required Role. The drop-down list is closed.
- Click on the Add button.

2.2. Remove a Role or User from the list of those who have access to the
