1. Description

It is designed to create Queue Variables.

It consists of the following elements:

  1. Creation tool (Fig.1(1));
  2. Key (Fig.1(2));
  3. Value (Fig.1(3));
  4. Removal tool (Fig.1(4)).

1.1. Creation tool

Click the add button to add a new variable (Fig.1(1)). After that, a new line appears with Key and Value empty fields and the removal tool.

1.2. Key

 The field for entering the key.

1.3. Value

 The field for entering the value.

1.4. Removal tool

It is used to remove the entry. After you click the remove button (Fig.1(4)), the entry is removed.

Preconditions
  1. Access to the Admin application;
  2. Access to the Queues section in the Admin application;
  3. Permission to create or edit in the Queues section;
  4. The presence of a Queue or the creation of a new one.

Steps


  1. Click the add button - .
  2. Enter data into the Key and Value fields.
  3. Click the Save button.

Result

The Variable is saved.

2.2. Remove the Variable from the Queue

Goal

Remove the Variable from the Queue

Preconditions
  1. Access to the Admin application;
  2. Access to the Queues section in the Admin application;
  3. Permission to delete in the Queues section;
  4. The presence of a Queue or the creation of a new one;
  5. Have at least one Variable entry. 

Steps


  1. Find the entry of the Variable you want to remove.
  2. Click the remove button - .

Result

The Variable is removed from the registry entries.

2.3. Change the Variable in the Queue

Goal

 Change the Variable in the Queue

Preconditions
  1. Access to the Admin application;
  2. Access to the Queues section in the Admin application;
  3. Permission to create or edit in the Queues section;
  4. The presence of a Queue or the creation of a new one;
  5. Have at least one Variable entry. 

Steps


  1. Find the entry of the Variable you want to edit.
  2. Enter data into the Key and/or Value fields.
  3. Click the Save button.

Result

The Variable is changed.
